Panel Techician
Job Overview
The Panel Technician is responsible for the building of electronic panels, including the construction of back plates, wiring of electronic equipment, and installing backplates into enclosures by following drawings or procedures.
Responsibilities

Install and wire electronic components on backplate
-
Dimensionally lay out templates and cut and drill holes according to provided schematics
-
Mount devices to enclosures using a variety of methods
-
Operate computerized terminal and labeling equipment
-
Check work to ensure error-free products
-
Keep red lines of any changes required during manufacturing and turn in to supervisor upon project completion

Maintain a neat, tidy, and safe workplace

Perform Quality Assurance checks

Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor

Inside Sales & Administrative Specialist
Job Overview
Support sales and operations for Infinity Industrial Controls by handling inside sales, customer service, order processing, and administrative tasks. Act as a primary point of contact for customers, coordinate between sales, engineering, production, and shipping, and maintain accurate records to ensure timely and accurate delivery of custom control panels and related components.
Responsibilities
Inside Sales & Customer Service

Respond to inbound customer inquiries by phone, email, and web leads

Qualify leads, provide product information, generate quotes, and follow up to close orders

Maintain pricing, product availability, and lead times; recommend alternatives when needed

Prepare and send proposals, formal quotes, and sales acknowledgements

Upsell related components, maintenance contracts, or expedited services when appropriate
Order Management & Coordination

Enter and manage sales orders in ERP systems; verify part numbers, BOMs, and customer specifications
-
Coordinate order acceptance, production routing, scheduling, and shipping with production, purchasing, and logistics teams
-
Track order status and proactively communicate delays or changes to customers and internal stakeholders
-
Generate and distribute sales documents including packing lists, invoices, and certificates of compliance
Administrative & Documentation
-
Answer all inbound calls, web forms, and Google inquiries
-
Maintain accurate customer records, pricing lists, product files, and quote/order history in ERP
-
Prepare routine reports on sales metrics, backlog, and outstanding quotes for management
-
Assist with inventory checks, purchase requisitions for common stock items, and vendor follow-up
-
Manage returns, warranty claims, and RMA processing; coordinate repairs and refurbishments

Route technical questions to the appropriate team members

Schedule calls, conference calls, meetings, and site visits
Technical & Cross-Functional Support

Work with engineering and estimating to clarify specifications, subassemblies, wiring diagrams, and approvals

Review customer drawings and documentation for completeness; escalate technical issues as needed
-
Support marketing activities including updating product listings and assisting with tradeshow logistics and collateral
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical diploma preferred

2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or administrative experience in manufacturing, electrical, or controls industry preferred

Technical familiarity with electrical control panels, PLCs, relays, enclosures, and wiring preferred
-
Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, Epicor, NetSuite, or similar) and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
